Welcome!

I'm Andrew and I'll tell you a bit about myself here and what I do and why I do it. First of all - training, health and fitness have been an integral part of my life for the last 2 decades. I've trained in many different disciplines, played a lot of sport and still do. I believe that developing a strong, fit and capable physical body is one of the most valuable pursuits you can take on and in turn allows other things like your mental health and confidence to flourish too.

Working on your physical health shouldn't be something you force, or achieve within a 6 week period, it takes months or years of understanding, making mistakes, learning, sometimes falling off the wagon but ultimately getting back on and improving over a long period. I know we now live in a world of immediate satisfaction and quick results but if we take our time with health and fitness then our body will say thank you, and a positive habit will be formed that should stay with you for life.

Just as its never too late to start your fitness journey, I started as a personal trainer in 2018 after being a biology teacher for a few years, I enjoyed teaching, but I knew helping people with their health and fitness was my calling so I made a tough but easy decision to leave the teaching world and become a PT.

My approach to training people has developed over the years, I help people build strength and muscle so that they feel strong and move well, but I also slow things down with breathwork that has great benefits to their posture and helps regulate their stress.

I currently work with clients from the ages of 15-78 years old, the objective for them all is the same: improve their strength, how they move, educate them about training and help them build a habit that will give them an incredible quality of life

If you want to get stronger, move better, and feel more energetic then feel free to get in touch!
