Below are the services I offer as a coach. We may work together using only one service but I have had many clients integrating zoom sessions when needs be and some have switched over to online programming with a lot of success. One to One Personal Training

Online Coaching
I've had clients from all over the world use my online programming and they have all had a lot of success. A weekly plan gets updated after a 15minute weekly phone call and this enables your plan to become highly tailored to you. Clients learn new exercises, get stronger, more mobile and build great habits around training, sleep and nutrition. Programmes contain links to video descriptions to help you achieve correct form and understanding.
Zoom Sessions
Zooms were a lifesaver when covid-19 tried its best to disrupt all businesses. This has been a really valuable tool and I will continue to use it when Covid is gone as many clients have had amazing results (with or without equipment). These aren't HIIT sessions, we can develop great strength and mobility in these sessions and one client has already gone from 4 pushups to 80 total pushups in one session after 6 months! Ideally 2 per week and they are roughly 45-55 mins each.
In person coaching is the most effective way to make progress as I can pay close attention to your form and we can find out early what you need in order to get fitter, stronger and move really well. 1-3 sessions per week is ideal although at least 2 is recommended for great progress. This also involves creating a workout plan for you outside of our own sessions and 24/7 contact through WhatsApp so you can stay consistent and build sustainable habits.
